Hiring process
The LEAD program application period is different across regions. For China and India, applications typically open in September or October each year. For the ASEAN region, the application window is in January or February. The selection process, which involves online assessments, interviews and an Assessment Centre, is expected to take about 3-4 months to complete.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and above in manufacturing, engineering, logistics/supply chain management, or related discipline (e.g. science, technology, HR, Marketing, Communications)
CGPA of 3.0 and higher.
You must be able to commit full time in July
