Our 2-year LEAD program empowers you to become a future leader in the Avery Dennison Materials Group Asia Pacific. You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship and networking opportunities to accelerate your career goals. In addition to learning and skill building, you will be offered a performance-based competitive salary and benefits package.

The LEAD Program has been a significant part of my growth, helping me develop far beyond what I expected. Rotating across functions allowed me to strengthen my technical finance skills while also building essential soft skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and adaptability. I led efficiency focused improvements and had opportunities I once thought were beyond my reach. Being in such a supportive environment made the journey even more meaningful and helped shape the leader I aspire to become.
