Pascale Wautelet is the vice president, global R&D and sustainability for Avery Dennison Materials Group. She was appointed to this position in November 2019.
In her role, Pascale is responsible for the oversight of the Material Group’s regional R&D centers and teams,providing vision and innovation direction.
Pascale joined Avery Dennison in 2017. Prior to joining, she was the Global Technology Director at Jindal Films, overseeing corporate innovation and research and development across Europe and North America. Prior to that, she worked for ExxonMobil where she held multiple leadership positions in operations, R&D and sales.
Pascale earned her Ph.D. in materials and polymer chemistry and physics and received a master’s degree in Polymer Chemistry from the University Louis Pasteur of Strasbourg, France. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium.
