Julie Vargas is vice president and general manager of Enterprise Intelligent Labels (IL) Growth for Avery Dennison Corporation. She was appointed to this position in January 2026. In her role, Julie spearheads the multi-year expansion of Intelligent Labels, driving enterprise-wide growth across key sectors including Food, Apparel, Logistics, General Merchandise, CPG, and Healthcare.
Julie joined Avery Dennison in 2011 and has served in multiple leadership roles, including vice president and general manager of Identification Solutions. Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Julie led product and business development for interactive RFID experiences in Latin America and was a senior analyst at Coach, where she helped launch the buy online/pick up in-store program.
Julie earned her bachelor’s degree in languages from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
