Global awareness and recognition

Each year, we celebrate a variety of awareness events. Some events are driven by our regional employee resource groups, others are led by our Corporate team. We believe that awareness events promote belonging, connection and inclusion for all.

Regional DEI councils

Guided by our Regional DEI Councils, we drive a holistic strategy that advances engagement, inclusion and fairness. Strategically established in Asia Pacific, EMENA, Latin America and North America, these Councils ensure that regional needs are understood, acted upon, and integrated into our businesses and global strategy to shape an inclusive environment for our entire community.

Employee resource groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are an important part of our company culture. ERGs create opportunities for employees to learn and experience greater belonging. Our ERGs are open to all employees interested in learning about the experiences and challenges of their colleagues. 

 

More than 3,200 employees worldwide are a member or ally of an ERG, actively building relationships and expanding networks across business units and functions, collaborating, showcasing and further developing skills, and advocating for a strong internal culture. Our ERG categories are broad, and members are active across each of the four regions in which we operate. 

 

ERG categories include:
