As an Associate in the R&D stream of our two-year European Graduate Program, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to drive innovation in specialty materials, coatings, and adhesive technologies. You'll have the chance to explore your technical passions while gaining a broader understanding of how R&D interacts with other key functions like Operations and Marketing. Your tasks may include activities such as:

Qualifications
