Sales


As an Associate within this program, you will rotate through different assignments within the Sales Function, developing all the commercial skills and techniques needed to succeed. Being exposed to assignments within our Customer Service, Sales and Technical Sales Teams with real, hands-on responsibilities integral to our business will ensure that you have the opportunity to develop and make your mark delivering world-class products, solutions and services to markets, customers and other stakeholders.

 

Your tasks may include activities such as:

  • Support our Customer Service and Sales Teams in all aspects of Customer Management (pricing, relationship management, time management, strategic business planning).
  • Development of new sales opportunities within own customer base by providing expertise and guidance to the customer around optimal products and applications
  • Support our Sales Excellence Team and lead key Sales initiatives in order to achieve strategic business targets linking to e.g. Customer Centricity, Sustainability etc.

Requirements:

  • University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Business / Science / Engineering field 
  • First relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), preferably in an international manufacturing environment
  • A good level of English
  • Strong interest to dive into and understand the chemistry behind our products, applications and technical developments
  • Willingness to relocate into different projects and locations across Europe during the program
